Our mission
A future where talent, not family income, decides who builds a career in healthcare.
We give students from Economically Weaker Section (EWS) families the financial support, mentoring and communication training they need to complete courses in medicine, nursing, allied health, wellness and caregiving, and to begin their careers.

How we work: the four Ds
Discipline
We follow our own written rules, every time. No exceptions for friends or donors.
Diligence
Every rupee and dollar is receipted, tracked and reported. Accounts are audited every year.
Dedication
We stay with each scholar from selection to her first job, not just to the first fee payment.
Direction
Every decision is tested against our mission. If it does not help a MyHeti Scholar into healthcare, we do not do it.
